Qualifications include an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI), completed with a Gold Medal, and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology.

Regular individual and group supervision forms an important part of clinical practice. Professional experience spans hospitals, educational institutions, private clinics, and community mental health settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults, including at AIIMS Delhi (The Hans Foundation Project), Max Hospital, Moolchand Hospital, South Asian University, Beautiful Mind Clinic, Orchids Foundation, and Amity School.

Training extends beyond formal qualifications to include standard EMDR Training (Parts I & II), the specialised ASSYST Protocol, and Pre-Core Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). Additional training includes CBT and DBT, therapeutic approaches for anxiety and depression, and Dance Movement Therapy with neurodivergent children.

Professional memberships include registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Clinical Psychologist, along with life memberships of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP) and EMDR India.
